Can a student's password be reset by the teacher?
As of September 20, 2021, in an effort to expedite password resets, particularly for grades 3-5, the Forgot Password is now functional for all elementary students. If a student clicks Forgot Password, an email will be sent to the homeroom teacher. The homeroom teacher will receive a link that allows them to reset the student's password. The link will expire at some point.
Note to Teachers
When you receive an email to reset a student's password, the student's name will appear in the "To:" field along with the teacher's email address as seen in the following image.
