Under no circumstances should you make any attempts to repair your Chromebook yourself. Taking apart your Chromebook and tinkering with its components may not only damage the device or seriously hurt you, but it could also void any warranties we have for it.
If your Chromebook is damaged in any way, please contact us. There is a possibility to provide you with a replacement Chromebook, if available. Please be aware that there may be fees assessed for any damage. Refer to your principal for further details.
