You can access Synergy Mail when your child is enrolled in Chesapeake Public Schools.
Click Synergy Mail in the Navigation bar.
Click Compose.
Select the recipients for the message in To.
- The recipient options associated with the focused child display. For example, Billy Abbott's parent sees Billy's Teachers, Billy's Counselor, and Billy's Groups as tab options in the To screen.
- Click Add All on the Teacher's tab to send an email to all of your child's assigned teachers.
- Parents only see contact distribution lists that they belong to.
- The Teachers tab displays the teachers for the current grading period.
Select whom to send a copy or blind copy to if needed.
- Click CC and/or BCC to display the CC and BCC fields.
- Select CC or BCC to locate the recipients.
Enter the message text in the body section. Use the options in the text editor window to customize formatting, use templates, or add links.
Click Send to send the message or Close to save the message in the Drafts folder.
