This step is the ONLY way to recover your OneLogin Protect access if your device is lost / stolen, you get a new phone, or you delete OneLogin Protect from your OneLogin profile.
In your OneLogin Protect app on your phone, please click the "pancake" icon and select Backup.
Enter your account information (CPS email & password), your cell phone number, then click on Backup.
You will receive a text message with a verification code. Enter this code on the next screen and click on Verify.
You should receive a Recovery Kit popup message where you will click OK to complete the backup. The message states: "Next, you will see a QR Code. Please save it in a secure place. You can either take a screenshot of it or use the share button on the top right. The QR Code is needed to restore your accounts."
You will then see a screen with a QR code. You can screenshot this screen and then you can email the image to yourself so you can scan the QR code.
