New CPS parents must first go to the Register Online Enrollment site from the CPS Website to see the documents and information needed for the registration process.
When you have everything, click on the Access our Online Registration platform button to access the
Online Registration Account Access Site.
From the Online Registration Account Access page, click on Create a New Account button.
You will be asked 4 questions to verify that you are a new CPS parent. Once verified, you will receive an email from Synergy to set up a password for your new ParentVUE account.
Once the ParentVUE account is created, you can login to start the registration process. This will be your ParentVue account to access your parent portal after your student is enrolled into a school.
NOTE: If you had a ParentVue account in another school district, that account only works for that specific district. You need to create a new ParentVue account for our district by doing this process.
