The district has updated to the "New" StudentVUE app. You will need to delete the previously installed StudentVUE app by doing the following if you have the application installed on your Android or iOS device:

Uninstall the Old StudentVUE App
Uninstalling on an iOS (Apple) Device
- Locate the StudentVUE app
from your Home Screen or App Library.
- Touch and hold the app icon until a menu appears.
- Tap Remove App.
- Tap Delete App, then confirm by tapping Delete.
(*If apps are jiggling, tap the minus (-) icon in the corner, then select Delete App)
Uninstalling on an Android Device
- Locate the StudentVUE app
on your home screen or app drawer.
- Long-press (press and hold) the app icon for about 2 seconds.
- Tap the Uninstall icon (looks like a trash can).
- Confirm by tapping Ok or Uninstall in the pop-up window.
Install New StudentVUE App
Installing on an iOS (Apple) Device
- Open the App Store.

Search for the StudentVUE (New) app.
- Tap the Get button; once install is complete, open the app.

Put in the setup information following these directions: StudentVUE Mobile App Setup.
Installing on an Android Device
- Open the Play Store by searching for the app called Google Play Store.
- Tap the search bar at the top and type ParentVUE New.
- Tap the Install button and wait for it to install; once download is complete, open the app.

About the New StudentVUE App
The new StudentVUE app is now viewable as a "Tiled" view. These selectable tiles contain links to the applicable student records of the logged-in student. Use the focus menu to select from the children actively enrolled in Chesapeake Public Schools.
Getting Started
After installing the "New" StudentVUE app there are some first-time setup screens.
When you open the app for the first time you will get the Welcome to StudentVUE screen.
Swipe to the left to continue with the setup process to connect to Chesapeake Public Schools server.
Answer the question about StudentVUE using your location.
- If you select Allow or Allow while using the app, it will automatically search the location for districts near your location.
- If you choose Not to Allow, manually enter the zip code of 23322.
Select Chesapeake Public Schools from the list.
Select Yes to the screen asking if you want to choose Chesapeake Public Schools as your district.
Select Already Activated for the activation key message.
Select the Login with OneLogin button on your device.
Enter your Username and Password (same as Student's OneLogin sign-in information).
Select checkboxes if you want your device to save the username and password. This option can be
selected at a later time.
The default language is English. Tap Change to select another language. This option can be selected at a later time.
Click Login
You can choose to go through the tour by selecting Continue to view some new features or you can select the options to Remind me later or Don't Remind me.
