What is the OneLogin Extension?
Do I have to install the OneLogin Extension?
Certain applications in your OneLogin Portal will require this extension before accessing the site.
Please note the following:
- You will need to install this when using personal devices
- This extension is incompatible and can't be installed on cell phone browsers or while in incognito mode
- This extension is already pre-installed on CPS chromebooks for CPS Staff (staff may need to install on CPS Windows devices)
How to Install the OneLogin Extension
When prompted to, click the Add OneLogin Extension button and follow the prompts.
You can also visit Chrome Web Store to install the OneLogin Extension by searching for OneLogin for Google Chrome.
Click on Add to Chrome button to complete the install.

Access Applications with the OneLogin Extension
Once installed, the OneLogin extension icon becomes available in your browser's toolbar, providing you a shortcut for quick access to your OneLogin apps.
When you click on the icon, you will be prompted to enter your OneLogin information. This icon will then reveal a list of apps currently available to you via OneLogin.
To pin the icon to your Chrome browser toolbar, click on the extensions icon, then click on the pin icon next to OneLogin for Google Chrome.
