Timekeepers may add or edit extra pay entries and counter entries to an employee's timesheet. They may access employee timesheets from the My Team Timekeeping menu.
From the Main Menu ☰
- Navigate to Team > My Team Timekeeping > Current Timesheets.
- Select the employee timesheet you would like to edit.
- Choose the correct Pay Period from the calendar icon.
- Use the Extra Pay and Counter Adjustment Tab to add adjustment entries.
- Select + Add Extra Pay & Counter Adjustment.
- Add the Record Date (the date actually worked).
- Select accurate Counter code.
- Click on the Paperclip icon to attach documents.
IMPORTANT: The coding for each column is set by default. Manually update the coding as needed. For counter codes listed as (unit), enter the daily quantity in the quantity column. For counter codes listed as ($), enter the flat rate in the amount column.
