Accessing Direct Deposit
Sign in to your OneLogin Portal and select UKG Ready from the CPS: Chesapeake Public Schools tab.
Select the Main Menu 3-lines icon ☰ in the left corner.
Under My Info, select My HR and then tap HR Actions.
Note: If using the UKG Mobile App
- In the UKG Ready mobile app, you can select the Update Info block on the Employee Home screen.
- Then, select Update My Direct Deposit.
Add a New Direct Deposit
- Once you have accessed My HR > HR Actions, click on the Available tab to view the list of available HR Actions to update your information.
- Scroll down to the Update My Direct Deposit section; click Start to the right side of it.
- Scroll down and tap + Add on the far right of the screen.
- Skip Name and skip Description.

Active From: Select the date your direct deposit change will start.
- NOTE: It has to be the day after you cancelled the current direct deposit.
- Skip Active To (leave as Dec 31, 2099).
- Deposit Type: select Direct Deposit.
- Choose Bank Account Type.
- Choose Calculation Method:
- If you want your whole paycheck deposited into one bank account, choose Entire/Remainder.
- For all other calculation methods, you must enter more than 1 bank account and choose Entire/Remainder for the last bank account entered.
- Type your bank account number twice and your routing number.
- Tap the Save button.
Change / Cancel a Direct Deposit
Follow the previous steps for Add a New Direct Deposit to access the Update My Direct Deposit screen.
- Tap the pencil icon next to the direct deposit you want to cancel.
- In Active To, pick the date you want the direct deposit to end.
- Tap the Save button.
- Then follow the steps above to add your new direct deposit account.
View All Your Direct Deposits
Access UKG Ready; under My Infor, select My Pay and then Direct Deposits.
This will display all your direct deposits.
You can toggle between active or inactive direct deposit accounts.
Important: In this section, you can only view a list of your current direct deposits and will not be able to edit details on this screen, please follow the previous instructions on how to add/update your direct deposit information in the My HR > HR Actions section.
