I am not able to complete all of the training requirements.
You will not be able to complete some of the training requirements listed on both the New Employee Onboarding Training document and the Annual Required Training for All CPS Employees document until your CPS account is established.
Some accounts, such as Vector, won’t be accessible for a few days.
You will have 30 days from the start date to complete the New Employee Onboarding Training.
The Annual Required Training for All CPS Employees will be due during the pre-school week.
If you encounter any issues with meeting the due dates, it will be important for you to keep your principal informed as you work to complete them when your various accounts become available.
What do I do with my training certificates?
For Annual Required Training and New Employee Onboarding Training, you should provide your records of completion (e.g., certificates, Asynchronous Learning Log) to the administrator in your building who handles the school-based professional development roster.
At the elementary level, provide it to both your principal and assistant principal.

You can find associated licensure points for activities in which you registered through POD by logging into the registration platform (enter your OneLogin credentials) and clicking on My Courses at the top right of the screen.
