Third-party apps and services are given access to different parts of your Google Account in order to safely use and share your information to utilize these apps and services appropriately. Sometimes you may find a third-party app is not connecting properly with your Google Account and affecting the functionality of that app.
For example,
- errors connecting to Google Drive Resource when submitting assignments in Canvas
- errors using PaperCut's Mobility Print if other Chrome Profiles are being accessed on your device
- errors accessing and using other apps
- or you may wish to remove an app / service you no longer want connected to your account
