CPS Help Desk is your one-stop centralized knowledge base to find helpful resources to support your technology needs and questions. These resources are organized into categories, sections, and articles with new content continually added. Our ever-growing online resource guide is accessible to all CPS families without requiring a login; but with a help desk account login, you will have the ability to track your help requests and revisit articles you are following.

Searching for Resources
There is a search bar at the top of the homepage and in the top right corner of every article to search for articles that may provide a solution to your question / issue. Enter your search query and press your Enter key to see a list of suggested articles.
In the left sidebar of an article, you will see a list of other relevant articles related to its section.
Clicking on a category will reveal sections of articles to peruse.
- You may see a preview of a few articles listed for that section.
- Click on the title of a section or the link that says see all articles to view all available articles within that section.
