UKG Ready: Selecting Extra Duty Code (Substitutes) & Operating Unit / Location

📱 Using the App or Web

1. Tap the ☰ (three lines) at the top left.
2. Go to My Time.
3. Select Clock.
4. Tap Change Cost Center.
5. Click the drop-down under Operating Unit/Location.
   
    
6. Tap Browse, then choose the location.
7. Click the drop-down under Extra Duty.
8. Tap Browse, then Search for the Extra Duty.
   
    
9. Substitutes can be filtered by Full Name or Name of Extra Duty. 
   NOTE: Substitutes MUST select an Extra Duty Code to get paid.
   
    
10. Click Ok (This will clock the employee in).
11. At the end of the shift, the employee will clock out.
12. Press OK. ✅ Done!
     

🖥️ At the Timeclock

1. Tap Change Extra Duty.
2. Tap your new CPS Employee Badge at the Badge Reader.
3. Click Operating Unit/Location and select your location.
4. Click Extra Duty.
5. Tap the magnifying glass (bottom right) to search for the Extra Duty.

Once selected, click Submit. ✅ All set!
