📱 Using the App or Web to Approve Your Timesheet
- Tap the Main Menu (3 lines) icon ☰ at the top left.
- Under My Info, select My Time > Timesheet > Current Timesheet.
- Use the date selection arrow to move back to a prior pay period (as needed).
- Review your timesheet to ensure all your punches are accounted for.
-
Timesheet Example 1: A salaried non-exempt employee who also worked one extra duty shift (which you see is listed on Thursday as "Bus Driver - Extra Run-Other").
IMPORTANT: Employees working extra duties, substitute work, or extra pay beyond their contract must indicate their location and extra duty when clocking in. If this is not provided when the timesheet is submitted, compensation will be delayed until the following pay date. The location and extra duty are critical inputs required to calculate pay. Payroll cannot process pay without this information.
-
Timesheet Example 2: A non-exempt employee who has no extra duties.
NOTE: Click on the Calc Detail tab to easily view your raw punches calculated (rounded) to the nearest "quarter hour" (ex: under Calc From & Calc To columns: 6:55 am = 7:00 am, 2:10 pm = 2:15 pm, etc). Then, you can easily see your total hours under the Pay Period Total column.
