All employees can change federal and state tax withholdings in UKG Ready.
Access Withholding Forms
Sign in to your OneLogin Portal and select UKG Ready from the CPS: Chesapeake Public Schools tab.
Select the Main Menu 3-lines icon ☰ in the left corner.
Under My Info, navigate to My HR > Forms > Government Forms > Withholding.
Note: If using the UKG Mobile App
- In the UKG Ready mobile app, you can select the Update Info block on the Employee Home screen.
- Then, select Change Tax Forms.
Add / Update Withholding Forms
Click on the pencil to edit a W-4 already on file.
Or click on Add New to add a new withholding form.
From the Add New Withholding pop-up page, click +Add to choose Federal or Virginia W-4. IMPORTANT: Employees who reside in a state other than Virginia will see tax forms for both states. Select and make changes to the Virginia form ONLY!
Follow the instructions provided by the IRS to update your form. Click Save.
Then click Review.
After clicking Review, additional options will appear - Select Sign & Submit.
You will then be prompted to enter your full name and finalize by clicking I Agree.
IMPORTANT: Your name must match exactly as it appears under Full Name.
NOTE: To view your current withholdings (before any changes have been submitted), click on the Main Menu icon ☰ > My Pay > Tax Information. Here you will see all your current settings/information for Federal and State taxes.
