During the Online Registration process in ParentVUE, you may be asked to upload documents to show proof of identity, residency, health information, previous grades, and housing applications, to name a few.
If you have documents that are multiple pages (such as health immunizations, physicals, or the "School Entrance Health Form" that is needed for all new students), it helps to use a mobile device (such as a phone or tablet) to upload those documents. If you are using a computer or laptop, you will only be able to upload one page or file for each one. Using a phone or tablet is the only way to upload multi-page documents as one file.
On your device, when you get to the Documents page, first click on Family and then your "student's name" to upload documents. Both groups have documents that are required.
Select which category you need to upload. Most of the documents are required!
- Family Document Categories (such as Primary Home Address Verification and Proof of Identity Verification)
- Student Document Categories (such as Birth Verification, Physicals, Immunizations, or Grades, Transcripts, Report Cards)
Click the name of the document type and then click "Attach Document".
Select "Take Photo" to scan a document with your phone or tablet. This button allows you to take pictures of multiple pages in one document to upload. Select "Gallery" if you already have the document in your photo gallery.
When you select "Take Photo" and take a picture of the first page of your document, it will appear on your page. Click "Take Photo" again to add more pages. You can take photos of as many pages as needed to upload a multi-page document. When you are finished taking photos of the one document, click "Attach" at the bottom of the screen.
Enter the File Name with your "student's name and file type". Click Save. This document will now show.
A green number will appear on the documents you have uploaded.
Important: Do not upload "Junk" documents. That will only slow down the registration process. The school will have to return the registration back to you to get the correct documents that are required in order to enroll your student.
