All part-time substitute police officers and SROs must use UKG Ready to record their time worked. This article provides the necessary steps to set up your account and log your hours correctly.
Step 1: Accessing the OneLogin Portal
To access your applications, including your CPS Gmail and UKG, you must first sign into the OneLogin Portal.
- From your Chrome browser, navigate to cpschools.onelogin.com
- Username: Your employee ID number (09xxxxx)

Default Password: Your lowercase first and last name initials + the last four digits of your employee ID + two exclamation points (Example: ab1234!!)
NOTE: You will be prompted to change this password and set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) upon your first login.
Step 2: Setting Up the UKG Ready Mobile App
- Download the UKG Ready Mobile app from the Android or iOS app store.
- Region Selection: Select North America.
- Company Short Name: Enter 6012613.
- Log in using your CPS OneLogin credentials.
NOTE: You must first sign into your Onelogin Portal and set up MFA to be able to sign into UKG.
Step 3: How to Clock In for a Shift
When starting a shift, follow these steps to ensure your time is recorded under the correct category:
- Open the UKG app and tap the three lines (☰) at the top left.
- Go to My Time and select Clock.
- Tap Change Cost Center.
- Under Operating Unit/Location, tap browse to select your current school/location.
- Under Extra Duty, tap browse and search for Police Officer-Events-(HS or MS).
- Tap OK to complete the clock-in process.
Step 4: Submitting Your Timesheet
- Deadline: You must review and submit your timesheet by 9:00 AM on the Tuesday following each pay period.
- Action: Ensure there are no missing punches or errors before submitting to avoid payment delays.
