Log In to Your CPS Chromebook
Turn on your CPS Chromebook and enter your staff OneLogin information at the sign-in screen:
- Username: Employee ID number (ex: 09xxxxx)

Password: Your OneLogin / network password
Complete your sign-in by verifying your security feature (MFA).
You are now logged into your CPS Chromebook.
OneLogin Portal Chrome Browser Access
After logging in to your Chromebook, click on your Chrome browser icon in your bottom taskbar; this will open a OneLogin Portal tab. Log in with your staff OneLogin information.
Now, you have access to your staff OneLogin Portal. Click on an application / resource in the portal and you are automatically logged into it.
Access Applications with the OneLogin Extension
You will notice the OneLogin extension icon already available for use in your Chrome browser toolbar.
When you click on the icon, you will be prompted to enter your staff OneLogin information. This icon will then reveal a list of apps currently available to you via OneLogin.
