The My Account screen allows parents and students to manage their account information in the mobile application. Both Android and iOS devices support the My Account information. The options available by Chesapeake Public Schools include the following:
- Parents can view or edit the email addresses.
- Parents and students can change their passwords.
- Parents and students can set up notification preferences.

Tap My Account on the Student List screen (bottom right corner)
- Modify your name and Primary Language if needed.
- Tap the white circle
to select the type of events you wish to receive emails for. Activated notifications display a blue checkmark

Tap Update.
- Tap Notify tab.
- Select how you would like to receive Attendance notification (Email and or Push Notification).
- Tap Update.
- Tap the Emails tab.
- Tap Update.
- Enter the Email addresses as needed.
- Tap the Phones tab.
- Tap Update.
- Select the phone number which will be primary and to contact. The + sign will allow you to add another phone number.
