After logging into your CPS Chromebook with OneLogin and confirming your multi-factor authentication (MFA), you may be asked to confirm your password again.
- This could be due to setting up Security Questions as your MFA.
- This could also occur when you authenticate your OneLogin Protect by manually entering the one-time 6-digit code from the app.
This screen shows your email address and says "Please re-enter your password to update your Chromebook profile". This is to confirm the Chromebook profile login information on that particular Chromebook device. It may ask you to do this every time your restart your device.
If you use OneLogin Protect as your MFA and select "Accept" from your cell phone notification, it will skip this re-enter password message screen.
