You can customize your Gmail inbox to sort and view several inboxes at a glance.

Click the Settings gear in your CPS Gmail account.

Click See all settings.

Select Inbox.

In the Inbox type drop-down menu, select Multiple Inboxes.

Create a search query based on the name of a label you created or used as part of a filter. Note that the title of your label in the query has to be typed the same way you named the label.
- In the search query column, type in "is:name-of-label"

You can then label the name of your inbox section by entering it in the Section name (optional) column.

Customize the appearance of your Inbox and set the rules for your Inboxes. Click Save Changes.
- To see the applied changes, refresh your page or close your inbox completely and reopen it.

Now you will see your Inbox view grouped by your multiple inboxes setup.

Use the arrow next to the inbox name to open or close the view of each set of emails.

- Your default inbox's location is based on your initial selection when setting up multiple inboxes. You can edit its location at any time.
