If you are not receiving your OneLogin Protect push notifications, be sure to try the following.
Ensure Push Notifications are Enabled
ANDROID: In the OneLogin Protect app, select 3-lines icon > Settings > Open Push Notifications Settings > Notifications > enable to allow push notifications.
iOS: In the OneLogin Protect app, select 3-lines icon > Settings > Notifications > enable to allow push notifications.
Notifications Not Immediately Coming Through?
This could be due to a slow network connection and you may see the notification eventually come through much later on. If it is taking too long to come through, you can enter a code manually as follows:
- Open the app to access the OTP 6-digit code; this one-time password (OTP) is only used if you need to authenticate manually.
- A new code is generated each time you open the app.
- At the authentication screen, select Enter code manually to enter this code.
