If you are not receiving your OneLogin Protect push notifications, be sure to try the following.
Ensure Push Notifications are Enabled
In the app, select the 3 lines icon, select Settings, enable to allow push notifications.
When Notifications Are Not Immediately Coming Through
This could be due to a slow network connection and you may see the notification eventually come through much later on. If it is taking too long to come through, you can enter a code manually as follows:
- Open the app to access the OTP 6-digit code.
- This one-time password (OTP) is only used if you need to authenticate manually.
- A new code is generated each time you open the app.
- At the authentication screen, select Enter code manually to enter this code.
