Delete Student Name Pronunciation in ParentVUE

Please note this option is not available through the ParentVUE online website.

1. Log in to ParentVUE mobile app. 
   
   
2. Tap on your child's account.
   
   
3. Tap the sound icon to open the Name Pronunciation window.
   
   
4. Tap the trash icon to delete the name pronunciation.
   
   
5. The Delete Recording prompt: "Are you sure you want to delete saved name pronunciation recording?" will display.
   
   
   
6. Click Yes to delete.
   
   
7. The Success confirmation message "Pronunciation sound deleted successfully" will display.
   
   
   
8. Tap OK.

NOTE: Because there is no longer a voice recording, the parent is prompted to record a name pronunciation when logging in again.

Click on Never Ask Again if you no longer want to see this pop-up message prompt.
