- Visit this CPS ParentVUE link.
- Log in with your ParentVUE username and password.
ParentVUE Mobile App Install
*Chesapeake Public Schools does not provide support for personal devices.
The use of ParentVUE is at your own discretion and risk.
How to uninstall your current ParentVUE app and then re-install an updated version:
ParentVUE Mobile App Setup:
- Search in your app store for ParentVUE and install
- Swipe to the left to find Chesapeake Public Schools
- Tap Ok to enter the Zip Code: 23322
- Select Chesapeake Public Schools from the list
- Choose Yes as the school district for Chesapeake Public Schools
- If you have already activated your ParentVUE account in the past, choose the option Already Activated
- Log in with your existing ParentVUE username and password
NOTE: If a parent has not yet activated their ParentVUE account they can perform the self activation process by clicking here.
If manually entering district URL, use: https://va-cps-PSV.edupoint.com
Uninstalling and Reinstalling on an iOS (Apple) Device
Uninstall
- Locate the ParentVUE app from your Home Screen or App Library.
- Touch and hold the app icon until a menu appears.
- Tap Remove App.
- Tap Delete App, then confirm by tapping Delete.
(*If apps are jiggling, tap the minus (-) icon in the corner, then select Delete App)
Reinstall
- Open the App Store.

Search for the ParentVUE app, select the icon with the multi-color pinwheel.
- Tap the Get button; once install is complete, open the app.
- Put in the setup information following these directions:

NOTE: If you were a previous user of the app, make sure to select the Already Activated option.
Uninstalling and Reinstalling on an Android Device
Uninstall
- Locate the ParentVUE app on your home screen or app drawer.
- Long-press (press and hold) the app icon for about 2 seconds.
- Tap the Uninstall icon (looks like a trash can).
- Confirm by tapping Ok or Uninstall in the pop-up window.
Reinstall
- Open the Play Store by searching for the app called Google Play Store.
- Tap the search bar at the top and type ParentVUE, select the icon with the multi-color pinwheel.
- Tap the green Install button and wait for it to install; once download is complete, open the app.
- Put in the setup information from the directions below:
