New Hire / Password Reset Login Info
NOTE: If you are a new hire, your account becomes active 24 hours after receiving your onboarding letter.

Username:
Employee number (ex: 09XXXXX)
Default Password:
- first name initial + last name initial + last four of EMPLOYEE number + !! (ex: az4567!!)
- Use lowercase letters and remember to add the two exclamation marks at the end.
- Default password not working? Submit a request.
NOTE: This login is also used to sign into a CPS Device (Chromebook / Laptop / Desktop Computer).
Security Multi-factor Authentication
Continue sign-in by setting up / verifying your chosen security multi-factor authentication feature (Security Questions / OneLogin Protect).
Create Your Network Password
Users will be prompted to create their own password upon successful first login. This new password that is set by the user will become their CPS network password.
New passwords must have:
- a minimum of 8 characters
- at least 1 lowercase letter
- at least 1 uppercase letter
- at least 1 number
- at least 1 special character (Examples: ! @ # $ %, etc)
- Password example meeting these parameters: Password1!
NOTE: If this was a password reset situation, new passwords cannot be the last 5 previously used.
OneLogin Integrated Access
Staff select a resource in their OneLogin Portal (UKG, Synergy, Gmail, etc) and are automatically logged in! OneLogin will continually include new platforms and applications provided by the district for CPS Staff
>> CPS Employee OneLogin Access on CPS Chromebook: Staff use OneLogin information to log in to CPS Chromebooks and CPS Google Workspace Services.
>> CPS Employee OneLogin Access on CPS Windows Device: Access any CPS system with your OneLogin information (employee number and network password).
>> CPS Employee OneLogin Access on a Personal Device: Staff should visit cpschools.onelogin.com to access OneLogin on any device not provided by CPS.
>> OneLogin Portal Mobile App Access: Staff should access OneLogin on a cell phone through the OneLogin Portal app.
