You can add additional multi-factor security authenticators (MFA) through your OneLogin Portal. This provides you additional options to keep from being locked out of your portal.
Add Additional Security Factor
*This can be done on a computer, laptop, Chromebook, or mobile device.

Log in to your OneLogin Portal account.
- In your portal, click on your avatar next to your name and select Profile. NOTE: If using the OneLogin mobile app, click on the 3-lines icon > Profile > Profile dropdown arrow.
- Under Security Factors, click Add Factor.
- Choose OneLogin Security Questions and follow the prompts to add security questions to your security factors. Or choose OneLogin Protect and be sure to have your mobile device nearby.
You will now have the option of choosing between OneLogin Protect or Security Questions when signing into OneLogin. Discover how to switch between your MFAs at the login screen.
Remove a Security Factor
*This can be done on a computer, laptop, Chromebook, or mobile device.

Access your security factors window as mentioned previously.
- Next to the security factor you wish to remove, select the 3 dots icon and select Remove.
If you are unable to remove a security factor, please submit a request.
